We arrange travel experiences but do not directly provide the transportation, accommodation, or other travel services.
3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers.
3.2. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due as specified in your booking confirmation.
3.3. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified.
3.4. All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until fully paid.
4.1. Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
4.2. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
4.3. Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees and are subject to availability.
4.4. Gocyb reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the due date.
5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passport, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation for your destination(s).
5.2. We are not liable for denied entry, delays, or interruptions due to inadequate documentation.
5.3. We recommend checking travel advisories and entry requirements for all destinations on your itinerary.
6.1. Gocyb acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your travels.
6.2. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel service providers.
6.3. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7.1. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of luggage.
7.2. Gocyb can assist in arranging travel insurance but does not guarantee the adequacy of coverage for your specific needs.
Gocyb is not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
All content on the Gocyb website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gocyb or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
